Expounding The Commandments Pt. 2
Guide #2: Is The Lunar Shabbat A False Teaching?
Shalom brothers and sisters! Are you unfamiliar with the Lunar Shabbat and want a better understanding? This guide will hopefully help you do just that! I want to make it clear that I am not calling out the Lunar calendar. There is nothing wrong with the Lunar calendar. I am solely pointing out the flaws of keeping the Lunar Sabbath. The Most High has really put it on my heart to speak on this. I also want to clarify that this isn't a study that I spent just one week on either like most of my studies. I've been studying and praying on this topic for about 6 months now. I really wanted to make sure I had all the information before I made any kind of statement on it. I'm sure some of you are asking what is the Lunar Shabbat? Well the Lunar Sabbatarians believe that the moon dictates the Shabbat. They do not be that the Sabbath is on one fixed day of the week. Like Saturday. Rather their Sabbath floats around to different days of the month. Meaning one week their Sabbath could be on a Tuesday. Or a Thursday. They follow the Lunar calendar and the phases of the moon. The New month on the Lunar calendar begins with the sliver of the New Moon. So the New Moon is the first of each month. Now I am probably going to lose some viewers and that is okay. I am aware that some will disagree with me but, I still love you. But, before we even dive deep into this I want to point out the first flaw with this. The Lunar Sabbatarians cannot even agree amongst themselves how the Sabbath is supposed to be observed. Because of this there is one of 2 ways to do this. The majority of people observe the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th of each month as a Sabbath. And the small minority observe the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th. Depending on which calendar days you observe the month resets either after the 28th or 29th. Some also keep the 1st as Sabbath too but, this isn't too common. Others keep days like the 29th, the 30th & the 1st as "non" days. Or transitional days. First of all what is a "non" day and where is the scriptural basis for that? Where in scripture does it say there are "non" days? And like I previously said some people keep these "non" days as extensions of the Sabbath. Which is going against the commandment becuase there isn't 6 days between Sabbaths. So for example. Let's say you obverse the 28th as one of your monthly Sabbath days instead of the 29th. And you keep "non" days as extension of the Sabbath. That would make the 30th, and the 1st, non days. So you would rest in the 28th, work the 29th, and then rest the 30th and the 1st? So Sabbath, work for 1 day and not 6, and then rest 2 more days. Does that even make sense to you? Another thing I'd like to clarify as well is I am very familiar with the Lunar calendar and how it works. When I was a Pagan, I was a moon worshipper. I did follow the Lunar calendar and I did track the moon cycles. So I am very aware as to how the calendar works. So let's go ahead and dive into the rabbit hole.
Two of the biggest claims Lunar Sabbatarians use is that the moon isn't for the months. Even though the word "moon" and "month" in Hebrew are interchangeable. The word "month" in Hebrew also means moon. Because the moon determines what month it is. Let's take a look at the book of Sirach, also called Ecclesiasticus. This book is part of the Apocrypha but, it was in the 1611 KJV and it is also found in the Septuagint. (Sirach 43:6-8 "He made the moon also to serve in her season for a declaration of times, and a sign of the world. From the moon is the sign of feasts, a light thar decreases in her perfection. The month is called after her name, increasing wonderfully in her changing, being an instrument of the armies above, shining in the expanse of heaven.") You heard that right? The month is called after the Moons name. The Hebrew word for Moon is "yareach." And the Hebrew word for month is "yerah." And it means month or it can mean moon. Let's also read (Pslams 104:19 "He made the moon for appointed feasts: the sun knows his going down.") The Hebrew word for season is "Moed" which means appointed times or feasts. Holy days. So this bids the question, is the Sabbath a feast day? Is the Sabbath "Moed?" And is it a feast day that pertains to the moon? Well let's check it out in Leviticus. Which tells us about the feast days and gives us specific instructions on how to observe them. (Leviticus 23:1-3 "AND Yahuah spoke unto Mosheh, saying, Speak unto the children of Yashar'el, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of Yahuah, which ye shall proclaim to be holy assemblies, even these are my feasts. Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Shabbath of rest, a holy assembly; ye shall do no work therein: it is the Shabbath of Yahuah in all your dwellings.") The Sabbath is a feast day. But is it a feast day dictated by the moon? I don't see where it says that. The commandment is to work 6 days and rest on the 7th. The instructions are very specific. There's no instructions for anything else. No transition days or "non" days. Or New Moon days. Why would Yahuah leave that out of his Torah? Why is the New Moon obervance mentioned no where in Genesis-Deuteronomy? Further I'd like to point out that there is a distinction made between the weekly Sabbath and the 7 annual feasts. If we continue reading Leviticus we see that. After we read about the Shabbat the very next line says (Leviticus 23:4 "These are the feasts of Yahuah, even holy assemblies, which ye shall proclaim in their appointed times.") And it goes on to tell us about the 7 annual feasts we are to keep and how to keep them, beginning with the Passover or Pecach. As I said, the rest of Leviticus 23 discusses Yahuah's feast days and their specific timing in their respective months. Verse 4 is a very important verse. Because it makes a distinction between the feast days and the Sabbath. It's also written that these 7 feast days are observed in their "appointed times" or "Moed." Different than the command that was given a couple lines prior to count six work days and rest the seventh. Let's look at other scriptures that make a division between the feasts and the Shabbat. But first I also want to remind everyone of (Deuteronomy 4:2 "Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may guard the commandments of Yahuah Elohaykem which I command you.") Let's read (1 Chronicles 23:31 " And to offer all ascending smoke sacrifices unto Yahuah in the Shabbaths, in the New Moons, and on the set feasts, by number, according to the order commanded unto them, continually before Yahuah.") There is a separation between the Sabbaths, and the New Moon and the set Feast Days. According to how they commanded to us. (2 Chronicles 2:4 "Behold, I build a house to the name of Yahuah Elohai, to dedicate it to him, and to burn before him sweet incense, and for the continual showbread, and for the ascending smoke offerings morning and evening, on the Shabbaths, and on the New Moons, and on the solemn feasts of Yahuah Elohaynu. This is an ordinance forever to Yashar'el.") And let us go ahead and establish what ascending smoke offerings are now since there is no Tabernacle and our High Priest resides in heaven. (Hebrew 13:15 "By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to Elohiym continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.") And now (2 Chronicles 31:3 "He appointed also the king's portion of his substance for the ascending smoke offerings, to wit, for the morning and evening ascending smoke offerings, and the ascending smoke offerings for the Shabbaths, and for the New Moons, and for the set feasts, as it is written in the Torah of Yahuah.") Again there is a separation made between them. As it is written in the Torah. I want to also read the interlinear version of this verse. Which shows the Hebrew translation. I'm going to show you guys in a second, the Hebrew word used for Sabbath is Shabbat, the word used to feasts is Modeim as we established earlier the word Moed means appointed times. And the word for New Moons used is Chodesh. Which means New Moon or New Month. Showing that there is a clear separation between the Sabbaths and the New Moons and the Appointed Feast Days. If Sabbaths were meant to be calculated the same way as the feasts why is there a separation in the texts? It's because they're observed and calculated differently. You can't correctly get a 7 day Sabbath. There are days where you have more than 6 days before your rest day. The Lunar calendar only has 354 days on it. Because a Lunar month only consists of 29.5 days. And it is absolutely not divisible by 7.
So what do the scriptures say constitutes a year? How long is Yahuah's year? Well let's look at (Jubilees 6:32 "And command you the children of Yashar'el that they observe the years according to this reckoning three hundred and sixty four days, and these will constitute a complete year, and they will not disturb its time from its days and from its feasts; for everything will fall out in them according to their testimony, and they will not leave out any day nor disturb any feasts.") And let's also look at (Jubilees 6:36-37 "For their will be those who will assuredly make observations of the moon and how it disturbs the seasons and it comes from year to year ten days too soon. For this reason the years will come upon them, when they will disturb the order, and make an abominable day the day of testimony, and an unclean day a feast day, and they will confound all the days, the holy with the unclean, and the unclean with the holy; for they will go wrong as to months, and Shabbaths, and feasts and jubilees.") We find out through the Word that a year constitutes 364 days. While some try to use this verse to prove the moon cannot be used for months, let us not forget this clear scripture: (Sirach 43:6-8 "He made the moon also to serve in her season for a declaration of times, and a sign of the world. From the moon is the sign of feasts, a light that decreases in her perfection. The month is called after her name, increasing wonderfully in her changing, being an instrument of the armies above, shining in the expanse of heaven.") Now I want to take it to the book of Exodus. The giving of the commandment on stone tablets on Mt. Ciynai. (Exodus 20:9-10 "Six days shall you labor, and do all your work: But the seventh day is the Shabbath of Yahuah Elohayka: in it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger that is within your gates.") That's it. That's the commandment. We are commanded to count 6 days and rest the 7th day. Where is the the New Moon mentioned here? By allowing the moon to dictate your weeks and Sabbaths this adds to the commandment. New Moon days, transitional days, non days, or second New Moon days as there are many terminologies are found no where within the Torah. None from the prophets or the writings or even the apocryphal texts. There's a couple passages that could allude to it but, we cover that at the end of this. Let's also take a look at creation week. When the first Shabbat was held. (Genesis 2:2-3 "And on the seventh day Elohiym ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And Elohiym blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which Elohiym created and made.") On the seventh day. He created the heavens and the earth and everything on them in 6 days. And the 7th day he rested. This day is about the creation account. To remember that Yahuah our wonderful Elohiym created everything in 6 days but the 7th day he hallowed and sanctified for rest. I want to also point out here as well that the Sun, Moon, and Stars weren't created until day 4. (Genesis 1:16-19 "And Elohiym made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And Elohiym set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and Elohiym saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.") So the first Shabbat was very obviously not reliant upon the moon. It was based on counting days. There is a lot of disagreement within this teaching. Because the scriptures just don't support it. It's like the Rapture. The scriptures do not support it. There is additional rest days or additional work days depending on how they observe. Which are not commanded in scripture or specified. The Lunar Sabbath followers bring a similar response with the 7 day continual cycle followers saying the work six days rest the seventh is interrupted by the 7 modeim (annual feasts) which can and do come in their respective times. For example the the Day of Atonement falls on the 4th day of the week, known to many as Wednesday therefore it adds another Sabbath to our normal week. Having a Sabbath on the 4th and 7th day of the week. Interesting though the Day of Atonement does the same thing on their calendar. BUT the difference here and possibly the offender here is the Day of Atonement is commanded to be kept in the scriptures. Non days, Transitional days, new moon days, are not. Adding to or taking away something from a normal week that isn't commanded in the scriptures. Another question to ask is if the work 6 days rest the 7th was ever going to be altered do you not think the wise path would be to have extra rest days for the commanded 7 feast days? Or with the non commanded additional days of work or rest within the New Moon days, transitional days or non days? That is for you to discern.
Next let's get into the giving of Manna. Which was crucial in calculating the Shabbat. (Exodus 16:25-30 "And Mosheh said, Eat that today; for today is a Shabbath unto Yahuah: today ye shall not find it in the field. Six days ye shall gather it; but on the seventh day, which is the Shabbath, in it there shall be none. And it came to pass, that there went out some of the people on the seventh day for to gather, and they found none. And Yahuah said unto Mosheh, How long refuse ye to guard my commandments and my Torah? See, for that Yahuah has given you the Shabbath, therefore he gives you on the sixth day the bread of two days; abide ye every man in his place, let no man go out of his place on the seventh day. So the people rested on the seventh day.") What would the Hebrews have done in the wilderness as it pertained to Manna? Would it rain down Manna on New Moon days or transitional days? Again the command is simple. On the 6th day twice as much came down. How confusing would it have been having no commandment for these extra days. How could Yahuah rebuke them for not keeping his Torah if it's not in his Torah. The commandment was 6 days of Manna and rest the 7th no gathering. Lunar Sabbatarians call out the pagan Gregorian calendar. And many do a great job at exposing this calendar for what it is. A calendar filled with Satanic names and history. The fact of the matter is Rome changed the times and laws as they were prophesied to do: (Daniel 7:25 "And he shall speak great words against El Elyon, and shall wear out the qodeshiym of El Elyon, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a period of time and times and the dividing of time.") The pagan gregorian calendar is false and it is not Yahuah's calendar. But that doesn't equal the Lunar Sabbath being correct.
Rome has done this with the changing of the years and months, and the commandments of Yah and his feast days. (Christmas, Easter, etc.) Their calendar cannot and does not govern a 7 day continous week. When a new year or new month begin on the gregorian calendar do the days of the week reset? Really think about this, Can a new year or new month fall on any day of the week? Yes, because the Papal calendar didn't touch the days if the week. Something Yahuah has preserved and not allowed to be perverted. The gregorian months and years have no bearing on the days of the week. What's being said here? When a new month rolls around do the days of the week revert to Sunday or any other day? Never. Lunar Sabbatarians find fault in calling the 7th day Saturday, as do I because it honors the pagan god Saturn. But this doesn't change the fact that the Papal calendar didn't alter the 7 day week. what happens when their Sabbath falls on: Sun’s Day, Moon’s Day, Tiw’s day, Woden’s Day, Thor’s Day or Frei’s Day (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday—all honoring pagan false gods). Truth is, the papacy has put their focus into extreme measures over the centuries to perpetuate Sunday worship in favor of the seventh-day (the Sabbath), which is their mark of authority. Here are some quotes from the Roman Catholic Church and changing the Sabbath day.
(Catholic Record (September 1, 1923): “Sunday is our mark of authority…The [catholic] Church is above the Bible, and this transference of the Sabbath observance is proof of that fact.”)
(The Convert’s Catechism of Catholic Doctrine (1957): 50: “We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday.”)
(The Catholic Mirror (September 23, 1893): “The Catholic Church, for over one thousand years before the existence of a Protestant, by virtue of her divine mission, changed the day from Saturday to Sunday…”)
(Catholic Priest T. Enright, CSSR, Kansas City, MO: “It was the holy Catholic Church that changed the day of rest from Saturday to Sunday, the 1st day of the week. And it not only compelled all to keep Sunday, but at the Council of Laodicea, AD 364, anathematized those who kept the Sabbath and urged all persons to labor on the 7th day under penalty of anathema.")
In fact the RCC even went as far as hiding the evidence that the apostles meant Saturday as the Sabbath and they changed the words in (Acts 20:7) to "the first day" to promote their Sunday agenda. BUT lets look at the Greek word for "first day" of the week. The word used was "Sabbaton" it means Sabbath, the 7th day of the week and derives from the Hebrew word Shabbath. So the apostles in acts met on the Sabbath, the true Sabbath, and our translators of the KJV bible erred and changed the word to "the first day." To promote their Sunday agenda. The Word for Saturday is Sabbath in some form in over 200 different languages. Including Latin, the very people who made you believe that Sunday was the Sabbath of our Abba, named Saturday "Sabbatum." The Word for Saturday is "Sabbatum." Sabbath. Because they knew the real Sabbath when they changed it. And they all stem from the Hebrew word Shabbat.
Now I want to get into the Historical record of the Shabbat and the continuous cycle of 7. Let's take a look at what history has recorded on the Shabbat. Including how our Messiah observed the Shabbat. This is from (Josephus – Wars of the Jews 4:582 “And the last was erected above the top of the Pastophoria, where one of the priests stood of course, and gave a signal beforehand with a trumpet, at the beginning of every seventh day, in the evening twilight, as also at the evening when that day was finished, as giving notice to the people when they were to stop work, and when they go to work again.”) Josephus was alive at the time of Yahusha and was one of the main historical records of Yahusha outside of the scriptures proving that he was true. He is one of the few who have record of our Messiah's life outside of the scriptures. A battle that took place shortly before Yahusha's coming. The battle that led to King Herod coming to power. Remember our Messiah rebuked the children for many things but, he never rebuked or corrected the children for keeping a wrong Sabbath day and he purposefully did miracles on the Sabbath the Jews were celebrating. It is recorded in history that in the days of our Messiah walking this earth he kept the Sabbath as the Jews. Saturday. So is our Messiah a commandment breaker now? Yah forbid!! What blasphemy to even suggest such a thing. Let's read about the battle that took place shortly before Yahusha was born.
(70-84 AD – Fontius, a Roman Soldier: Strategematicon “The deified Augustus Vespasian attacked the jews on the day of Saturn, a day on which it is sinful for them to do any business.”) and (Cassius Dio, Roman Historian 2nd Century Roman HIstory 37.16 “Most of the city, to be sure, he took without any trouble, as he was received by the party of Hyrcanus; but the temple itself, which the other party had occupied, he captured only with difficulty. For it was on high ground and was fortified by a wall of its own, and if they continued defending it on all days alike, he could not have got possession of it. As it was, they made an excavation of what are called the days of Saturn, and by doing no work at all on those days afforded the Romans an opportunity in this interval to batter down the wall. The latter, on learning of this superstitious awe of theirs, made no serious attempts to rest of the time, but on those days, when they came round in succession, the assaulted most vigorously. Thus the defenders were captured on the day of Saturn, without making any defense, and all the wealth was plundered. The kingdom was given to Hyrcanus, and Aristobulus was carried away.”)
Let's look at a few more. And then we'll also take a look at 2nd century Jews as well. (Cassius DioRoman History 49.22 “The Jews, indeed, had done much injury to the Romans, but they suffered far more themselves. The first of them to be captured were those where were fighting for the precinct of their god, and then the rest on the day even then called the day of Saturn. And so excessive were they in their devotion to religion that the first set of prisoners, those who had been captured along with the temple, obtained leave from Sosius, when the day of Saturn came round again, and went up into the temple and there performed all the customary rites, together with the rest of the people. These people Antony entrusted to a certain Herod to govern; but Antigonus he bound to a cross and flogged, a punishment no other king had suffered at the hands of the Romans, and afterwards slew him.”) and (Because Christians ought not to Judaize, and to rest in the Sabbath, but to work in that day… Preferring in honor the Lord’s day (Sunday), if they desired to rest, they should do this as Christians (on Sunday). Wherefore if they shall be found to Judaize (keep Sabbaths), let them be accursed from Christ (History of the Sabbath, p 270)
Lets get into the second century now starting in the antiquities of the early Christian Church. (“The ancient Christians were very careful in the observance of Saturday, or the seventh day…It is plain that all the Oriental churches, and the greatest part of the world, observed the Sabbath as a festival…Athanasius likewise tells us that they held religious assembles on the Sabbath, not because they were infected with Judaism, but to worship Jesus, the Lord of the Sabbath, Epiphanius says the same.”Antiquities of the Christian Church,” Vol.II Book XX, chap. 3, sec.1, 66. 1137,1138.)
(“In the last half of that century St. Ambrose of Milan stated officially that the Abyssinian bishop, Museus, had ‘traveled almost everywhere in the country of the Seres’ (China). For more than seventeen centuries the Abyssinian Church continued to sanctify Saturday as the holy day of the fourth commandment.” Ambrose, DeMoribus, Brachmanorium Opera Ominia, 1132, found in Migne, Patrologia Latima, Vol.17, pp.1131,1132.)
(“Ambrose, the celebrated bishop of Milan, said that when he was in Milan he observed Saturday, but when in Rome observed Sunday. This gave rise to the proverb, ‘When you are in Rome, do as Rome does.” Heylyn, “The History of the Sabbath”) (1612)
The Chinese were observing Saturday as the Sabbath. For seventeen centuries they kept this day. Now let's look at the Persians. (PERSIA-A.D.335-375“They despise our sun-god. Did not Zorcaster, the sainted founder of our divine beliefs, institute Sunday one thousand years ago in honour of the sun and supplant the Sabbath of the Old Testament. Yet these Christians have divine services on Saturday.”O’Leary, “The Syriac Church and Fathers,” pp.83, 84.)
And (“For although almost all churches throughout the world celebrated the sacred mysteries (the Lord’s Supper) on the Sabbath of every week, yet the Christians of Allexandria and at Rome, on account of some ancient tradition, refuse to do this.” The footnote which accompanies the foregoing quotation explains the use of the word “Sabbath.” It says: “That is, upon the Saturday. It should be observed, that Sunday is never called “the Sabbath’ by the ancient Fathers and historians.”Sacrates, “Ecclestical History,” Book 5, chap. 22, p. 289.)
Then lastly, let's look at Spain. (SPAIN (400 A.D.) “Ambrose sanctified the seventh day as the Sabbath (as he himself says). Ambrose had great influence in Spain, which was also observing the Saturday Sabbath.”Truth Triumphant, p. 68.) Okay before moving forward there is one last piece of history I'd like to show you that personally I'd like to say solidifies when the Shabbat is. The Lunar Shabbat was actually adopted by the Jews while they were held in Babylonain captivity. And we'll get more into that in a minute. There is plenty of historical evidence proving that the 1st century Jews kept Saturday as the Shabbat. As well as evidence proving our Messiah kept the same Shabbat as them. One example is (Luke 4:16 "And he came to Natsareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Shabbath, and stood up for to read.") This is speaking about Yahusha. And we can see the 1st century Disciples doing the same. (Acts 17:2 "And Pa'al, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three Shabbaths reasoned with them out of the Scriptures.") We can also confirm this in the Talmud, (though I do not follow the Talmud or believe it to be authority. But, it is a good historical reference.) We can also confirm firm this from Dead Sea Scrolls, Josephus the Historian and many Roman Historians and writers. I also want to say this if you do read the Talmud there is one thing you were certainly come away with. And that is they debated everything. And I do mean everything. The Rabbi's debated every little fine point of the law. And the fact that there is absolutely no debate of when the Shabbat should be held speaks volumes brothers and sisters. I also want to mention a very interesting and very solidifying point. I want to bring up the Falasha Jews. They are a tribe of Jewish people who escaped going into Babylonain captivity as prophesied in (Ezekiel 6:8-10 "Yet will I leave a remnant, that ye may have some that shall escape the sword among the nations, when ye shall be scattered through the countries. And they that escape of you shall remember me among the nations whither they shall be carried captives, because I am broken with their whorish heart, which has departed from me, and with their eyes, which go a whoring after their idols: and they shall loathe themselves for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations. And they shall know that I am Yahuah, and that I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them.") The Falasha Jews escaped captivity and were cut off from their brethren for over 2000 years. They weren't rediscovered until very recently in the 1980's. They'd been off the grid. So they were never exposed to Babylonain, or Roman, or Greek customs and traditions. They remained cut off from the world for over 2000 years. And guess what brothers and sisters? They've been keeping the 7th day Sabbath since the ancient times as handed down to them. Those of you who are not familiar with them I definitely encourage you to search this out. Now really quick before we move forward, I want to talk about Babylon and the Lunar Sabbath. And this is another topic I urge you to deeply seek out. The Lunar Sabbath has origins in Babylon. As well as Assyria, ancient Mesopotamia, and others. The Lunar Sabbath can be traced as far back as acient Sumeria. The land of Ur and Kasdiym. All the way back to the days of Enoch. Semiramis, who was King Nimrods wife, dubbed herself the moon goddess Ishtar after her husband's death. The Babylonians observed both the Lunar and Solar calendar. Meaning they observed the solar calendar for days and months and theh followed the Lunar calendar to track the phases of the moon. And they also had Lunar Sabbaths that followed the course of the Moon. They were called "evil days." On these evil days which occured on the 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th of each month, no work was permitted. They also weren't allowed to make any wishes or perform any sorcery on these days. Each Sabbath honored a different god or goddess and offerings were made to them. The dates in the latter days have since been changed moving just one day over, to the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th. And this actually begun in the late 1800's early 1900's when Wicca and Witchcraft was really taking off again. In the witchcraft world these days are called the Esbats. And they are different from the Sabbats. The Sabbats are feast days for Pagans. Like Imbolc, and Ostara (Easter), Yule, etc. And the Esbats are Sabbath days that take place on days that aren't high Sabbath days and they also follow the phases of the moon. Like I had stated previously, I was huge into witchcraft you guys. I followed the Sabbats, I was a moon worshipper and I followed the Esbats as well. I performed rituals and spells during every phase of the moon. But mostly the New Moon and Full Moon were my favorite Esbats to partake in. You guys this is no different than celebrating Christmas or Easter and saying "it's about what's in my heart." This whole "Lunar Sabbath" has pagan origins and Babylon is one of its many birthplaces. Now before I move forward I want to show you guys one last piece of evidence about Babylon. This bit comes from the Encyclopedia Britainnica feel free to google this as well. (Cuneiform tablets found tracing back to the development of writing show evidence of the Lunar calendar becoming popular in ancient Mesopotamia and Babylon. The Fallen Watchers taught this to men! (Enoch was the first man tor write, the Fallen Watchers were in his time) the Babylonians regarded the 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th day of the month as a Sabbath day or they also called then "evil days" a day where they would perform evil wicked deeds.) Cuneiform tablets that trace back to the development of writing. We can find out how long ago that was by turning to the scripture. As the scriptures tell us Enoch was the first among men to learn how to write. (Jubilees 4:16-18 "And in the eleventh jubilee Yered took himself a woman, and her name was Baraka, the daughter of Rasuyal, a daughter of his fathers brother, in the fourth week of this jubilee, and she bore him a son in the fifth week, and in the fourth year of the jubilee, and he called his name Chanoch. And he was the first among men that are born on earth who learned writing and knowledge and wisdom and who wrote down the signs of heaven according to the order of their months in a cepher, that.men might know the seasons of the years according to the order of their separate months. And he was the first to write a testimony and he testified to the sons of men among the generations of the earth, and recounted the weeks of the jubilees, and make known to then the days of the years and set in order the months and recounted the Shabbaths of the years as we made them, known to him.") So since the time Enoch was alive they can trace back to the Babylonian Lunar Sabbath.
Now I want to talk about the significance of the number 7. Yahuah's perfect number. 7 days constitutes a week. The 7th day is the Shabbat. There are 7 feasts that last 7 days. If you are unclean you must remain cut off for 7 days until you become clean again. The root word for the word "week" in Hebrew is seven. Seven - Sheba, Week - Shabua, Feast of Weeks (Pentecost) - Shabout, (which is 7 Sabbaths plus one day after the last day of unleavened bread which is also a Sabbath day. So 7 Sabbaths from that Sabbath plus one day lands you on Shabout, or Pentecost. And we can't forget the Shabbat - Which means a cycle of 7. Now Pentecost is also another thing that the Lunar Sabbath keepers have trouble calculating. Because their calendar is 10 days faster than ours. They count 7 Sabbaths and add 50 days to make up for it. But this unfortunately puts them almost 7 weeks past Shabout. Which is a problem. Because this was the feast of the grain harvest. If your grain is 7 weeks past harvest you're going to be offering some grain that isn't good. It's been plucked too late. You can't afford to go 7 weeks over the harvest when you're a farmer. Okay, so we got Sheba (Seven) Shabua (Week) which stems from the word Sheba. (Shabout) Feast of Weeks & Shabbat (a cycle of 7) the closeness in language is no coincidence between these words. And they all mean 7. So let's take a look at what the Lunar Sabbath keepers claim and go over the scriptures. Let's learn what the Luminaries are for. All of them. The Sun, Moon and Stars. Let's read (Genesis 1:14-15 "And Elohiym said, Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for appointed feasts, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light upon the earth: and it was so.") This is a very general scripture. It doesn't give us specifics on anything. It is in general the Luminaries divide the day and night and are used for signs and feasts and years. No where does it say the moon and only the moon does things. It says the Luminaries. As in all of them. The Sun, Moon, and Stars. Let's read (Enoch 74:1-3 "Then I saw another progress and regulation of the moon. The progress of the Moons, and everything. Uriy'el showed me, the holy angel who conducted them all. Their stations I wrote down as he showed them to me. I wrote down THEIR MONTHS, as they occur, and the appearance of their light, until it's completed in fifteen days.") The moon is for the months. It determines the months. Let us not forget (Sirach 43:6-8 "He made the moon also to serve in her season for a declaration of times, and a sign of the world. From the moon is the sign of feasts, a light that decreases in her perfection. The month is called after her name, increasing wonderfully in her changing, being an instrument of the armies above, shining in the expanse of heaven.") And remember we established earlier that Yerach is the Hebrew word for month which is closely related to Yareach the Hebrew word for Moon which is used as month when referring to Moshe's birth. (Exodus 2:2 "And the woman conceived, and bore a son: and when she saw him that he was a goodly child, she hid him three months.") If you look at the Hebrew word that was used for month in this scripture it was Yareach. Now let's take a look at (Jubilees 2:9 "And on the fourth day he created the sun and the moon and the stars, and set them in the expanse of heaven, to give light upon all the earth, and to rule over the day and the night, and divide the light from the darkness. And Elohyim appointed the sun to be a great sign on the earth for days and for Shabbaths and for months and for feasts and for years and for Sabbaths of all years and for jubilees and for all seasons of the years.") The moon is used for signs and feasts too but, how can you ignore this clear scripture? The sun determines the days and is used for Sabbath days. Next in Jubilees we learn how to determine the weeks. (Jubilees 2:18 "And he gave us a great sign, the Shabbath, that we should work six days, but gaurd the Shabbath on the seventh day from all work.) So we are told once again that we are to count 6 days of work and rest the seventh day. It's simple. There's no instruction about "non" days or transitional days or new moon sabbaths. Just work 6 days rest the 7th. And like I said they call out Saturday and say it's pagan but, what about when your Sabbath falls on Sun's Day or Moons Day, Twi's Day, Woden's Day, Thor's Day, Frei's Day? Ask yourself which came first? Yahuah's seventh day of rest after the creation or Saturn's Day? Man's spin on the days of the week are irrelevant. There are some things that Yahuah has not allowed to be polluted and his Shabbat. His one sign between him and his people is one of them. He is not an Elohyim of confusion. Satan is the master of confusion. Now let's look at the years starting in (Enoch 75:1 "These are the leaders of the cheifs of the thousands, which are over all creation, and over all the stars; with the four which are added and never separated from the place alloted to them, according to the complete calculation of the year.") Now let's read (Jubilees 6:30-32 "And all the days of the commandment will be two and fifty weeks of days, and these will make the entire year complete. Thus it is engraved and ordained on the heavenly tablets. And there is no neglecting this commandment for a single year or from year to year. And command you the children of Yashar'el that they observe the years according to thus reckoning three hundred and sixty four days, and these will constitute a complete year, and they will not disturb its time from its days and from its feasts; for everything will fall out in them according to their testimony, and they will not leave out any day nor disturb any feasts.") So as we heard Yahuah's calendar consists of 52 weeks comprised of 364 days. Both of which are divisible by 7. The Lunar calendar only has 354 days and is 10 days shorter than what Yahuah says the calendar is supposed to be. And the next few lines in Jubilees talk about that. How the children realized the years came 10 days top soon and the moon is disturbed in its pattern. Well, let's take another look at Enoch. A little side note to consider for the last days. (Enoch 80:1-6 "In those days Uriy'el answered and said to me: Behold, I have showed you all things, O Chanoch; And all things have I revealed to you. You see the sun, the moon, and those which conduct the stars of heaven, which cause all their operations, seasons, and arrivals to return. In the days of the sinners the years will be shortened. Their seed shall be backward in their prolific soil; and everything done on earth shall be subverted and disappear in its season. The rain shall be restrained and heaven shall stand still. In those days the fruits of the earth shall be late, and not flourish in their season; and in their season the fruits of the trees shall be withheld. The moon shall change its laws, and not be seen at its proper period. But in those days shall the heaven be seen; and barrenness shall take place in the borders if the great chariots in the west m. It shall shine more than the orders of light; while many cheifs among the stars of authority shall err, perverted their ways and works.") When is the days of the sinners? Are we not living in the days of the sinners? Are things not beginning to be as in the days of Noah and Lot? As in the days of Cedom and Ammorah? Next let's look at (Enoch 74:12 "And the sun and the stars bring in all the years exactly, so that they do not advance or delay their position by a single day unto eternity; but complete the years with perfect justice in 364 days.") So the Sun and the stars per Yahuah's Word tells us they're used to mark the days and years.
Now I want to speak on some of the scriptures the Lunar Sabbath keepers use as their claims. The Lunar Sabbath keepers claim that (Amos 8:5) forbids buying and selling on New Moon. Lets read it. (Amos 8:5 "Saying, When will the New Moon be gone, that we may sell grain? and the Shabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the sheqel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?") But the Dead Sea Scrolls say something different. And the Dead Sea Scrolls are older than the masoretic text and the Septuagint. So let's take a look at this verse in the Dead Sea Scrolls. And I'm going to show you the actual verse on my phone as well. (DSS Amos 8:5 "when will the New Moon be gone that we may be satisfied.") And Amos chapter 5 was found preserved in the Dead Sea Scrolls. "Sell grain" and "sell corn" was added into the later translations. It was not originally in the text. The point isn’t that one version is more accurate than the other, but that we cannot hinge a new doctrine, void of any clear Torah directions based off this piece of evidence that has two different conclusions (especially considering the passage in the Dead Sea Scrolls is older and is in opposition to the doctrine that New Moons are rest days, or days of no commerce) Another example of the cycle of 7 taking place is Joshua and the March around Jericho. Yahuah commanded Joshua to call his priests. And he tells the priests grab the ark of the covenant and start marching around the walls of Jericho. While 7 of the priests led in the front with 7 Shofars. And the armies marched behind them. They did this for 7 days. 7 priests, 7 Shofars, 7 days. 7 is a repeating number all throughout scripture. Now let's look at (Isaiah 66:23 "And it shall come to pass, that from New Moon to his New Moon, and from Shabbath to his Shabbath, shall all flesh come to worship before me, says Yahuah.") They claim that New Moons and Sabbaths are intertwined, the word "chodesh" is the word for New Moon or New Months. As the New Moon does indicate New Months. It could have been translated as from month to month Sabbath to Sabbath all flesh will come and worship him. As we established the moon is for months in the book of Sirach and Enoch. All it proves is the New Moon is important and we'll get to that. Next is (Ezekiel 46:1 "THUS says Adonai Yahuah; The gate of the inner court that looks toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the Shabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the New Moon it shall be opened.") But as we can clearly see there is a separation in the text. It says the gates will be opened on the Sabbath AND the New Moon. What constitutes a New Moon and what are we supposed to do on a New Moon if it's not a Sabbath day? Well get to that momentarily. There is one last point I want to cover and we'll wrap this up. Lunar Sabbath keepers claim that every Sabbath found in the scriptures is either on the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th of each month. So I'd like to show you some scriptures proving otherwise. Now I'm not gonna sit here and go over these in great detail cause we'd be here all day. But feel free to look into any of the scriptures I read off. I'm just gonna run down the line. (Exodus 16:1 "AND they took their journey from Eylim, and all the assembly of the children of Yashar'el came unto the wilderness of Ciyn, which is between Eylim and Ciynai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departing out of the land of Mitsrayim.") So in the second month on the 15th day of the month Yahuah has his people out wandering the wilderness. If this was a Sabbath day why does Yahuah have his people traveling? Why are they not resting? (Exodus 40:17 "And it came to pass in the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that the Tabernacle was reared up.") Here on the first of the month, which Lunar Sabbath keepers claim as an extension of the Sabbath, Yahuah again has his people working. Erecting his Tabernacle. (Numbers 33:3 "And they departed from Ra`amcec in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the Pecach the children of Yashar'el went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Mitsriym.") The day after the first Passover, the Hebrews made their journey put of Egypt. Now today this day, is a Sabbath. It is a remembrance of what Yahuah did for our ancestors as it is also a remembrance of what our Messiah did for us as well. Now let's read (Jubilees 5:22 "And Noach made the ark in all respects as he commanded him, in the twenty seventh jubilee of years, in the fifth week in the fifth year on the New Moon of the first month.") So on the New Moon, the one that begins the countdown to Passover, Noah began building the ark. Once again we see work being done on the New Moon. The next verse I'm going to read shows us what New Moons are actually for and we'll discuss this more at the very end. (Jubilees 6:1-2 "AND on the New Moon of the third month he went forth from the ark, and built an altar on that mountain. And he made Atonement for the earth and took a kid and made Atonement by its blood for all the guilt of the earth; for everything that had been on it had been destroyed, save those that were in the ark with Noach.") So on the New Moon that Noah finally came put of the ark he made an ascending smoke offering to Yahuah with a kid of the goats. And we'll touch base on that momentarily. Let's keep going real quick. Here is another where we see the importance of New Moons. And it isn't dictating the weekly Shabbat. (Jubilees 6:23-28 "And on the New Moon of the first month, and on the New Moon of the fourth month, and on the New Moon of the seventh month, and on the New Moon of the tenth month are the days of remembrance, and the days of the seasons in the four divisions of the year. These are written and ordained as a testimony forever. And Noach ordained them for himself as feasts for the generations forever, so that they have become thereby a memorial unto him. And on the New Moon of the first month he was bidden to make for himself an ark, and on that day the earth became dry, and he opened the ark and saw the earth. And on the New Moon of the fourth month the mouths of the depths of the abyss beneath were closed. And on the New Moon if the seventh month all the mouths if the abysses of the earth were opened, and the waters began to descend into them. And on the New Moon of the tenth month the tops of the mountains were seen, and Noach was glad. And on this account, he ordained them for himself as feasts for a memorial forever, and thus are they ordained.") So here we see that Noah ordained the New Moons as days of remembrance for the generations to come. To remember the things Yahuah has done. And he feasted and made ascending smoke offerings. Now lets look at another. And this verse is going to mention the Kasdiym from the land of Ur. Abraham's descendents. Who were indeed observing this Lunar Shabbat. (Jubilees 12:16 "And in the sixty week, in the fifth year thereof, Avraham sat up throughout the night on the New Moon of the seventy month to observe the stars from evening to the morning, in order to see what would be the character of the year with regard to the rains, and he was alone as he sat and observed. And a word came into his heart and he said: All the signs of the stars, and the signs of the moon and of the sun are all in the hand of Yahuah. Why do I search them out? If he desires he causes it to rain, morning and evening; and if he desires, he withholds it, and all things are in his hand. And he prayed that night and said: My Elohiym, El Elyon, you alone are my Elohiym, and you and your dominion have I chosen. And you have created all things, and all things that are the work of your hands. Deliver me from the hands of evil ruachoth who have dominion over the thoughts of men's hearts, and let them not lead me astray from you, my Elohiym. And establish me and my seed forever that we go not astray from henceforth and forevermore. And he said, shall I return unto Ur of the Kasdiym who seek my face that I may return unto them, am I to remain here in this place? The right path before you prosper it in the hands of your servant that he may fulfill it and that I may not walk in the deceitfulness of my heart, O Elohai.") Abraham asked himself why is he searching out the sky for signs. In this case signs of the rains. And Yahuah makes him realize that he is in control of all of these things. He he desires it to rain morning, noon, and night, so be it. And if he desires he withholds the rain as well. Now we read in Enoch earlier that in the last days the Moons patterns will be disturbed and not accurate. This is also Yahuah's doing. Now ask yourself WHY would Yahuah disturb the patterns of the moon if that is what dictates our weekly Sabbath? To confuse us even more? I think not. (Jubilees 13:8-10 "And it came to pass in the first year, in the seventh week, on the New Moon if the first month, that he built an altar in this mountain, and called on the name of Yahuah: You, the eternal Elohiym, are my Elohiym. And he offered in the altar ascending smoke sacrifices unto Yahuah that he should be with him and not forsake him all the days of his life. And he removed from thence and went towards Negev, and he came to Chevron and Chevron was built at that time, and he dwelt there two years, and he went thence into the land of the Negev, to Ba`aloth, and there was a famine in the land.") Once again we see on a New Moon day not only did Abraham journey to the mountain in Beyt-El and build an altar there he also journeyed back home as well. So we see traveling and building being done yet again on a New Moon. (Jubilees 14) Yahuah cuts his covenant with Abraham on the New Moon. And promises to defend him and reward him for his good works. And he promises Abraham an heir from his own generation. And in (Jubilees 16) we see that the Yahuah's angels visited Abraham and Sarah and told them of the son Sarah was going to have in about a years time. On the New Moon. (Jubilees 24:22-24 "And Yahuah appeared to him, that night on the New Moon of the first month, and said unto him: I am the Elohyim of Avraham your father; fear not, for I am with you, and shall bless you and shall surely multiply your seed as the sand of the earth, for the sake of Avraham my servant. And he built an altar there, which Avraham his father had first built, and he called upon the name of Yahuah, and he offered sacrifice to the Elohiym of Avraham his father. And they dug a well and found living water.") Again on a New Moon day Issac is not only rebuilding the altar his father, Abraham built. But he and his servants were out digging wells. Is that not work? Alright and (Jubilees 31:1-3 "AND on the New Moon of the month Ya`aqov spoke to all the people of his house. Saying: purify yourselves and change your garments and let us arise and go up to Beyt-El where I vowed a vow to him on the day when I fled from the face of Esau my brother, because he has been with me and brought me into this land in peace and put he away the strange elohai that are among you. And they gave up the strange elohai and that which was in their ears and which was on their necks and the Teraphiym which Rachel stole from Lavan her father she gave wholly to Ya`aqov. And he burnt and broke them to pieces and destroyed them and hid them under an oak which is in the land of Shekem. And be went up on the New Moon of the seventh month to Beyt-El. And he built an altar at the place where he had slept and he set up a pillar there and be sent word to his Father Yitschaq to come to him to his sacrifice, and to his mother Rivqah.") And like we keep seeing traveling and building on the New Moon. When Jacob was fleeing from his brother Esau, the day he left was on a New Moon day. The day Yahuah also gave him the vision of the stairway to heaven. And after he has come back and made peace with his brother Esau, he journeies again with his people on the New Moon to Beyt-El to build another altar and make an ascending smoke offering to Yahuah.
Okay so lastly, let's answer the questions of what constitutes a New Moon and what is the New Moon actually for. First let's learn what Yahuah constitutes as a New Moon. And to do that we must turn to Enoch. (Enoch 77:6 or 78:5-6 Cepher "When the moon rises, it appears in heaven; and the half of a seventh portion of light is all in its in fourteen the whole of its light is completed. Three quintuples light is put into it, until fifteen its light is completed, according to the signs of the year; it has three quintuples.) So some people, not very many also like to observe Full Moon days and also consider them to be the first of the month. But, as Enoch just confirmed for us, The Full Moon comes 15 days into the cycle. The middle of the month. Now (Enoch 77:11-12 or 78:13-14 Cepher "All the time that the moon is in progress with its light, it is poured in the presence of the sun, until light is in fourteen days completed on heaven. And when it is wholly extinguished, it's light is consumed in heaven; and on the first day it is called the New Moon, for on that day light is received into it.") So Enoch tells us that after 14 days the moon has completed its growing cycle, and the 15th day is the Full Moon, and again 14 days for its decreasing cycle and it vanishes. When that first sliver of light is able to be seen again as the moon waxes back full, this is the Biblical New Moon. Now let's talk about the purpose of the New Moon and what these days are actually for. (Numbers 28:11-15 "And in the beginnings of your months ye shall offer an ascending smoke offering unto Yahuah; two young bullocks, and one ram, seven lambs of the first year without spot; And three tenth deals of flour for an oblation, mingled with oil, for one bullock; and two tenth deals of flour for an oblation, mingled with oil, for one ram; And a several tenth deal of flour mingled with oil for an oblation unto one lamb; for an ascending smoke offering of a sweet savor, a sacrifice made by fire unto Yahuah. And their drink offerings shall be half a hin of wine unto a bullock, and the third part of a hin unto a ram, and a fourth part of a hin unto a lamb: this is the ascending smoke offering of every month throughout the months of the year. And one kid of the goats for a sin offering unto Yahuah shall be offered, beside the continual ascending smoke offering, and his drink offering.") Yahuah does command us in his Torah to offer ascending smoke offerings and drink offerings on the first of every month. Which is the New Moon. The New Month is dictated by the New Moon. Lets look at another (Numbers 10:10 "Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your ascending smoke offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your Elohiym: I am Yahuah Elohaykem.") Yahuah has also commanded us on the first of every month, the New Moon to blow our shofars as we give him our offerings. As a memorial that he is Yahuah Elohaykem (Yahuah your Elohiym). As well also saw this is also a time that Yahuah makes promises, fulfills promises, and speaks with his servants. He spoke with Abraham, Issac, and Jacob on New Moons. He spoke with his prophets on New Moons. And because Yahusha fulfilled the purpose of temple sacrifice let be shed light on how we offer Yahuah ascending smoke offerings now. And that is found in (Hebrews 13:15 "By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to Elohiym continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.") The fruit of our lips, praise, is now the ascending smoke offerings we give to Yahuah. So the New Moon day is a day to praise Yahuah, and blow your shofar, and to feast with Yahuah. The New Moon is a remembrance of his promises and that he fulfills them. To remember the promises he fulfilled in the past and to remember the promises thar are to come. And to praise him for these things. It is not a Sabbath day as I showed many examples of work and/or traveling being done on these days. And it doesn't determine when the Sabbath is. Why would Yahuah make this very specific mention of what to do on New Moon days in the book of Numbers and not give further instructions if it was to be treated as a Sabbath day? Yahuah isn't the author of confusion. He Torah isn't mysterious. It's very straightforward. Lastly, let us remember (Genesis 2:2-3 "And on the seventh day Elohiym ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And Elohiym blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which Elohiym created and made.") The institution of the Sabbath at creation week. He blessed the seventh day. And he sanctified the SEVENTH day. He didn't say I blessed and sanctified the 1st, 8th, 15, 22nd, and 29th day. Or the 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th day. He said be blessed and sanctified the seventh day and only the seventh day. Let us not forget that the Sabbath is a celebration of creation week and not a celebration of the Moon. Yahuah created everything in 6 days and rested the 7th. This is why we honor the Sabbath not because the Moon tells us when to. And I also encourage those who haven't to look up the Babylonain origins of the Lunar Sabbath also called Evil days. What came first Yahuah's 7th day at creation or man's renaming of that day? I want to end this with 2 verses we read earlier just to keep them in mind. Keep in mind the verses preceding this tell us that Yahuah's calendar has 364 days and 52 weeks. While the Lunar calendar only has 354 days. (Jubilees 6:34-38 "And all the children of Yashar'el will forget and will not find the path of years, and will forget New Moons, and seasons, and Shabbaths and they will go wrong as to all the order of the years. For I know and from henceforth will I declare unto you, and it is not of my own devising; for the cepher lies written before me, and on the heavenly tablets the division of days is ordained, lest they forget the feasts of the covenant and walk according to the feasts of other nations after their error and ignorance. For there will those who will assuredly make observations of the moon and how it disturbs the seasons and comes in from year to year ten days too soon. For this reason the years will come upon them, when they will disturb the order, and make an abominable day the day of testimony, and an unclean day a feast day, and they will confound all the days, the holy with the unclean, and the unclean day with the holy; for they will go wrong as to the months and Sabbaths and feasts and jubilees. For this reason I command and testify to you that you may testify to them; for after your death your children will disturb them, so that they will not make the year three hundred and sixty four days only, and for this reason they will go wrong as to New Moons and seasons and Shabbaths and feasts, and they will eat all kinds of blood with all kinds of flesh.") And lastly (Enoch 80:1-6 "IN those days Uriy’el answered and said to me, Behold, I have showed you all things, O Chanok; And all things have I revealed to you. You see the sun, the moon, and those which conduct the stars of heaven, which cause all their operations, seasons, and arrivals to return. In the days of sinners the years shall be shortened. Their seed shall be backward in their prolific soil; and everything done on earth shall be subverted, and disappear in its season. The rain shall be restrained, and heaven shall stand still. In those days the fruits of the earth shall be late, and not flourish in their season; and in their season the fruits of the trees shall be withheld. The moon shall change its laws, and not be seen at its proper period. But in those days shall heaven be seen; and barrenness shall take place in the borders of the great chariots in the west. It shall shine more than the orders of light; while many chiefs among the stars of authority shall err, perverting their ways and works.") In the days of the sinners the moon will change its laws. Meaning it won't be seen at proper timings. When is the Day of the sinners brothers and sisters? I conclude.
Alright brothers and sisters, I hope this was insightful for you all, and I hope those of you who are following this teaching or curious or on the fence about it, I really hope this message causes you to hit the books and study this out more. My intent is never to lead a brother or sister astay but, to lead my brothers and sisters to Truth. Amein and Shalom! 🌈🕊
