The Names Pt. 2
Guide #2: YaHUsHa
YaHUsHa.
The name that was changed and in no way brings glory to the Father. The name that in no way points to who our Creator is. The name that has deceived millions. Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ was in no way our Messiah's name. The letter J didn't even exist when he walked the earth. As a matter of fact the letter J didn't come into existence until about 4 or 500 years ago. And to this day does not exist in the Hebrew Alphabet. Remeber what Yahusha said in the book of John.
(John 5:43 "I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.") YOCHANON 5:43-43 את CEPHER
Jesus Christ is the opposite of our true Messiah. Not only is he a false Messiah, he is the Lawless One. The one who has told millions the Torah doesn't matter and its about what's in your heart. His name was transliterated NOT translated. What is the difference? Well transliterated is when you write or print something using the closest corresponding letters that you have. To translate something is to express the sense of something (a word or feeling) in another language. So you see, a name can't be translated. Because names don't translate. His name was transliterated from Hebrew to Greek. They completely botched the name due to their alphabet being different. Then it was transliterated from Greek to Latin. Then from Latin to English. The English finally changed it to Jesus when the letter J came about. Before we get into the transliterations, let's get into the true name and it's meaning.
Our Messiah was a Hebrew man and he has a Hebrew name. Yahusha. It cannot be Yahshua or Yahushua. Yahushua is only found twice in the Masoretic text. One of them was after Moses had the encounter at the burning bush. It is assumed that Moses added not only the Yah to the name of He who visited him at the burning bush but, he also added the letter Vav to make the "shua" sound at the ending.
Strongs Hebrew #7737 says "Shua" or "Shavah" means to level, equalize (figureatively), to resemble, to counterbalance, to avail, compare, equal, make alike. Uniquely the name Yahushua is understood in the Ivriyt (Hebrew) as Yah, the shortened name of the Father, Hu, which means "He" and Shua which means make equal. Therfore Yahushua means in this instance "Yah is He who makes equal."
In contrast, Yahusha is found 175 times in the Tanakh (Old Testament) and it takes on a different meaning. If you take the beginning of his name Yahu, the root word is "Yasha." Strongs Hebrew #3467 says "Yasha" is a primitive root word. And it means to be open, or free, to be safe, to bring or to have salvation, to save or be a Savior, or to get victory. In this instance his name means Yah is salvation.
Our Messiah was given the same name as Yahusha son of Nun. Whom the English scriptures have always called Joshua. The Septuagint (One of the oldest translations of the scriptures) reckoned the Messiah's name as Iesous. The Messiah has the same name as Joshua, the son of Nun. Proof can be found in comparing the Septuagint rendering of the name with the rendering found in the Besoroth (the Gospels.) Modern scripture interpreters have concluded that the transliteration of the name Iesous found in Greek was best translated as Joshua, or Yahusha. There is 216 instances where this conclusion is drawn.
Next it was transliterated into Latin. This is where things really took a turn. The Romans transliterated the name from Iesous to Iesus. Or Ihsous. Constantine gave him this name. Iesus Christus or Jesus Christ. To bring honor to Zeus and blaspheme our Messiah's Holy name. Constantine is the father of modern day Christianity, which is really just Paganism incognito. But, that is another topic for another post.
Let's talk about the fact that the name Jesus means earth pig, or earth beast. The word "Je" in Latin means earth or land. And the word "Sus" in Latin means swine. An abominable beast to our Elohiym, Yahuah. An unclean beast that we aren't to eat. They took our Messiah's Holy name, the name that points to the Father, and they blasphemed it to mock him. Not only that this name Jesus at the same time brings glory to the god they truly serve. Zeus. The name Jesus, alternately means "Hail Zeus." So they not only blaspheme the name of our Messiah, bringing his name and the Father name to nothingness, they also use this name to bring glory to their false god.
One more thing I want to add that is pretty interesting. Yahuah gives part of his name to his servant's in their names. Same with cities as well. A prefix or a suffix. Whether it be in the form of "Yah" or "Yahu" or "Ah" or "El." Most of his servants had these in their names. The angels as well. Almost all of Yahuah's angels names end with "El." He changed Avram's name to AvrAHham. And Sarai's name to SarAH. Husha's name was changed to YAHusha. Yaq`ov's (Jacob) name was changed to Yashar'EL. (Israel). Yasha`YAHU (Isaiah) YAHudAH. (Judah). You see my point here. The Romans did the same to honor their gods. Constantine especially did this. Let's look at the names of some of the Caesars. They all ened their names using the suffix Sous/Sus/Us. Let's look at some of their names. JuliUS Caesar, GaiUS JuliUS Caesar, or look at Constantine's name. FlaviUS ValeriUS AureliUS ConstantinUS AgustUS. The suffix US was added to Greek and Roman names to give glory to Zeus.
Jesus Christ is the name of blasphemies the beast of Revelation is bearing. The blasphemous name of our Messiah, Yahusha Ha'Mashiach. Ha'Mashiach means the Messiah. And Messiah in Hebrew means anointed one. Yahusha was the anointed one. Who came to restore the throne of David. The next post in this guide will cover the mark of the beast and how the name Jesus Christ is being used to do that.
